Features
This round link chain features higher strength and maximum wear resistance, especially in its arc area.
These chains can be used to replace C and standard chains produced according to DIN22252 or GBT12718
standards according to the selection of experts, because these C-grade standard chains wear quickly in the arc of the chain ring when they are engaged with the sprocket, and the pitch extends too quickly. At this time, the chain and sprocket cannot work together effectively, and the chain can only be replaced, which causes waste.

Recommendation: When using this round link chain, use the scraper (complete chain assembly) with special design and parameters manufactured by Ruili at the same time. Wear-resistant round link chains for mining are manufactured according to DIN22252standards or GB/T12718 standards and Ruili's technical conditions and production processes.

Uses
Super wear-resistant round link chains for mining with strength grade 11 and tensile strength >1100Mpa are suitable for mining conveyors, scrapers, other transfer machines, feeders of tunneling machines, and other equipment, as well as slag removal equipment that transports stones and silicates.

Under the condition of proper scraper and sprocket matching, normal wear of the chain by the scraper and sprocket and regular monitoring of the chain pre-tension, the service life of the chain is two to three times longer than that of ordinary C-grade chains manufactured according to DIN22252 or PN-G-46701, and 20-25% longer than that of hardened wear-resistant round link chains.
