Product Parameters

High-strength compact chains for mining are suitable for heavy-duty scraper conveyors in coal mines.
Compact chains are chains whose flat rings are still round rings, while vertical rings are flat rings that are flattened.
The outer width of vertical rings is smaller than that of flat rings. If the conveyor is limited by height and cannot use
round ring chains of larger specifications, compact chains of the same specifications can meet the requirements.
For example, the outer width of the vertical ring of a compact chain with a diameter of 38mm is the same as the
outer width of the chain ring of a round ring chain with a diameter of 34mm. Chains are key components of scraper
conveyors and are also vulnerable parts. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of high-performance scraper conveyors,
the use of compact chains is the best method and means.
